Easy Truffle ganache recipe

Happy to post another yummy recipe today. I am a huge fan of chocolates especially dark-chocolates and as I already promised in my previous post, today I will be sharing the recipe of yummy . . . TRUFFLE GANACHE!
This chocolate truffle recipe is a pure chocolate heaven for all chocolate lovers! It's a very simple and elegant recipe.
Okay , so without further delay let's get down the business!
TRUFFLE GANACHE
Ingredients:
For thick ganache:
. Dark chocolate - 480 g
. Cream - 190 g
. Butter - 1 tbsp
For thin ganache:
. Dark chocolate - 160 g
. Cream - 80 g
. Butter - 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces of same size.
2. Pour the cream and microwave/ double boil for 2 minutes with an interval of 30 seconds.
3. Give a good whip and make sure there is no lump.
4. Add butter and mix well.
5. Cut the cake sponge into 3 layers.
6. Pierce the cake with a fork and wet the cake with sugar syrup.
7. Use a piping bag to fill the layers with the ganache.
8. Repeat the same process with other layers.
9. Fill the sides too.
10. Smoothen the top layer with a palate knife.
11. Freeze for an hour.
12. Make the thin ganache same as the thick ganache.
13. Pour it from the top of the cake and smoothen it.
14. Freeze for an hour.
15. Fill the piping bag with leftover ganache with your favourite nozzle and decorate your cake as you wish.
