Instant nava dhaniya dosa recipe...easy multi-grain dosa

Glad to meet you people in another post. I thought I should share something healthy and nutritious and that is why today I will be doing and sharing the recipe of Zakkirun aunty (one of the best cooks I know). Her recipes are highly nutritious as well as delicious. She is well known for her healthy yet tasty recipes.
This nava dhaniya or multi-grain dosa is very healthy and I am sure people from every age group will love it, especially the kids!
Let's have a good look at the recipe!!!

              MULTI-GRAIN DOSA
Ingredients:
. Thinai or foxtail millet-250g
. Varagu arisi or kodo rice-250g
. Kuthirai vali or japanese millet-250g
. Sivappu arisi or red rice-250g
. Saamai or little millet-250g
 Karuppu ulundhu or black gram-250g
. Dosa maavu or batter-200g
. Salt-according to your taste
Method:
1. Dry all the grains under sun for about 3 hours.
2. Powder up the grains together in a mill.
3. Store it in dry air-tight container for 2 months.
4. Take 400g of the multi-grain powder and mix it well with dosa batter with salt.
5. Make dosa.
